was yesterday, October 8th.
The Yuma County Library was AMAZING. Not only did they acknowledge the budding event, they brought in Graeme Ing to talk about getting started as an Indie Author.
I went down and listened to Graeme speak and he did a very good job. I was impressed. After he spoke there was a 30 minute break and then they had a Q&A panel about Indie publishing with Christine Howard (My local NaNoWriMo Co-ML), Graeme Ing and myself. We had a great turn out. I was nice to see so many face, both the new and the familiar.
I’m eager to see what they do next year.

Lost in the Nowhere by Christine Howard
I loved this book. While it’s not in the same category as most of the things I read, I really enjoyed it. It pulled me in and kept my interest late in the night. I quickly fell in love with the characters and wanted to find out what happened to them.
